A++ to Centre Catering.  I spoke with D to plan a special BBQ to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday.  He listened carefully and really got it when I said that I wanted to throw an elegant BBQ.  David impressed me with his follow-through, attention to detail and flexibility.  He stayed in touch with me frequently during the planning process, had great menu suggestions, called back when he said he would and delivered quotes and change orders promptly.  He also followed up regularly on the days before and the day of the party to confirm the count, menu and overall plan.  In addition to David's professionalism, he really delivered awesome food and service on the day of the party. He arranged to rent tables, chairs, linens, utensils, glasses chafing dishes and other detail items at a reasonable cost.  He shopped for and delivered excellent quality ingredients.  On the day of the party, he brought a chef, Brady and a server, Cesar.  Both were excellent.  Brady made excellent dishes including, tender ribs, flavorful tri-tip, chicken skewers and a gourmet macaroni and cheese that drove my guests wild. He and David also provided some of the most flavorful appetizers I have ever had and Cesar did an excellent job of offering them to guests prior to the meal. Cesar also did an excellent job of setting up the tables and the backyard food service and seating areas to ensure that my guests were comfortable. He has a keen attention to detail.  After the party, all three cleaned my outdoor grill and kitchen spotless and made sure all tasty leftovers were placed in containers and refrigerated. The best part is that they did all of this at a very reasonable price. You won't find better value for such excellent quality food and service -- these guys know the meaning of service!  I will most definitely use Centre catering and D for personal and corporate events in future and you should too!

These guys are awesome. Spoke to Chris and Luis today, when my boss said she needed a breakfast set up for Monday. Chris got me a quote in half the time he said it would take. I was soo impressed with their "CAN DO" attitude. Like, whatever I needed, Chris was going to make it happen. Seriously, I felt like I could have asked Chris to get me a juggling flame thrower and he would have found some way to make it happen. These guys have great energy and I am looking forward to doing business with them in the future!Thanks guys! I can see why you have high marks on Yelp.

There's no better deal out there for the quality.  What makes these guys different is that they are willing to do anything from simply man the BBQ and clean up to full-service catering...and everything in between.  Their pricing structure makes them the most affordable operation in town.I've used them for 2 parties now and couldn't be more impressed.  They've made turkeys and side dishes for me for a Christmas dinner for 20, then helped me pull off a 4th of July party for 50.  I asked for specific organic and vegan ingredients and that was no problem.  They are now my go-to caterers and I'd recommend them to anyone hosting any type of party on the Peninsula.

D is a stone-cold, bulletproof badass. He and his team came in to serve dinner at my summer camp's graduation ceremony and provided fast and efficient service. The meat lasagna was unreal. The breadsticks were divine. The server was suave and handsome. Everything went off without a hitch. Long story short: hire Centre Catering for your own event.

I recently was able to enjoy some of D's BBQ.  It had its own unique flavors and it was thoughtfully prepared.  He is a great value for BBQ!

D was prompt, courteous, professional - but also the cheapest quote I got for a 20-person BBQ. Since he does not charge by person count, and simply charges by hours worked, he can do cooking on site for the same price that other caterers charge for drop off. He arranged everything I needed- buffet tables, chairs, heated platters and coolers. The chicken and tri-tip were a huge hit!!! Our guests were very impressed by the quality of the meat served - even our fussy vegetarians were pleased with their dish :) D is extremely flexible and willing to work with whatever you want - if you want to do the shopping or if you want him to do it, if you want him to set up or if you have it under control. I will certainly be using him again for our next party! Would highly recommend for whatever you are planning!
